Vendor Opportunities Available!

We invite you to become a vendor at this year’s Holy Convocation—an excellent opportunity to showcase your goods and services to our conference attendees.

Vending Fee: $150.00 (covers the entire conference)
Included: One 8-ft. table space and two chairs
(vendors must provide a black tablecloth)
Additional Space: $25.00 for extra space
Payment: Fees must be paid in full before setting up;
daily rates are not available

Hours of Operation are:
Services 7:00 p.m. Wednesday – Friday
Empowerment Sessions 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday
Official Day and Consummation Services 10:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday
Youth Explosion 6:00 p.m. Saturday

Vendors may sale before and after all services No sales during Services and Empowerment Sessions. (doors open at 5:30 p.m. nightly and 9:00 a.m. on the weekend).

To secure your spot, a $75.00 deposit is required at the time of commitment.
Full payment is due by Sunday, April 13th, 2025.
