Our mission is to create faith-based programs and services that will focus on revitalizing and developing neighborhoods and communities to address the needs of the whole individual.
Our Vision
S.O.A.R. Development Corporation is an outgrowth of Word of Deliverance Ministries for the World, Inc. It was established in October 2000 as a faith-based non-profit Community Development Corporation (CDC). S.O.A.R. seeks to work within the Greater Cincinnati community by creating health and human services that will strengthen individuals and families to achieve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Our Goal
The goal of S.O.A.R. is to leverage both human and economic resources that will help:

STRENGTHEN those who are weak physically, mentally, and spiritually.
OVERCOME
OVERCOME barriers of discrimination and unequal opportunities.
ACHIEVE
ACHIEVE the purpose that God declared for all HIS children.

RESTORE the dignity and value of men, women, and children who are striving toward self – sufficiency and prosperity.
